Licensing:
- Each licensed user gets their own direct dial (DDI) local landline telephone number.
- Each licence you add provides an extra line of simultaneous calling.
- The mobile app can be configured on one class of device per licence. For example, it can be installed on a mobile, a tablet and a desktop/PC laptop.
- Each licence can be configured on 1 or 2 desk/cordless phones and a mobile, tablet and computer. For example, if you were to transfer a call to a user it would ring all of their configured mobile devices/apps and up to 2 x physical phones.
- A main inbound number can be configured with a hunt group which will ring multiple users and doesn’t necessarily need it’s own licence or physical phone.
